Ayurvedic Consultations & Follow-ups

Ayurvedic evaluation is a deep exploration of your uniqueness. We observe physical, mental and emotional architecture to arrive at an understanding of how the doshas and gunas are working in your body and mind. We discuss long-term patterns and tendencies, review health history, current symptoms and your goals so that your program is designed in alignment with your heart’s desires.

Included in your evaluation is a follow-up session in which your perceived constitution/prakruti and the nature of your imbalance/vikruti, will be explained through this ayurvedic lens and recommendations will begin.

Weekly, bi-monthly, monthly or seasonal follow-ups will be recommended based upon your imbalance and/or goals and should be maintained in order for you to experience the deepest level of healing. Ahara Ayurveda’s protocols combine wholesome, tailored food plans with balancing lifestyle practices, ethically sourced and crafted herbal medicine as needed, yoga asana, pranayam, and subtle body healing modalities. Spiritual counseling and Vedic astrology are also woven into our time together~

Energy healing sessions at Ahara Ayurveda combine various marma therapy points, pranic healing and sacred sound.
